The world is seriously coming to an end! I’m packing by bag of suppliers for December the 12th.

The New York Court of Appeals has ruled that a person can not be held responsible for things they just see online even its its child porn, the viewing of which apparently isn’t illegal under New York law.

Senior Judge Carmen Ciparik had this to say:

“Rather, some affirmative act is required (printing, saving, downloading, etc.) to show that defendant in fact exercised dominion and control over the images that were on his screen,” Ciparick wrote. “To hold otherwise, would extend the reach of (state law) to conduct — viewing — that our Legislature has not deemed criminal.”

Wow…just wow…
